Ever had one of those nights where you are exhausted and can't wait to get to bed?   We asked Ketan Pandya his thoughts on that type of night and here is what he had to say, "I've been so tired that I literally can't sleep!", said Ketan Pandya.   "It's crazy because your body is wiped and then you end up reaching for your phone or iPad or computer or worse, the TV!" added Ketan Pandya.

It's been well documented that if you are looking at the following devices prior to going to bed, then it will not allow you to reach the level of REM required for deep restfuly sleep.

"My advice to anyone is that at least an hour before bed, look away from any digital screen and try reading a book instead!!", concluded Ketan Pandya
